2067086 - ORA-01017 during SAP Upgrade

During a SAP Upgrade the ORA-01017 error is issued, you will find such error in the relevant SAP Upgrade log (see below examples).

OCISessionBegin(OCI_DEFAULT) failed with SQL error 1017:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
*** ERROR => CONNECT failed with sql error '1017'

or

sapparam: sapargv(argc, argv) has not been called!
sapparam(1c): No Profile used.
sapparam: SAPSYSTEMNAME neither in Profile nor in Commandline
