Symptom

  • Cannot create and deploy an SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse (BW) cube in Cube Designer.
  • Error: 'Not a valid server'.
  • Error in the deployer log: 'Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority 'BW server name:port number'. ---> System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.'
