1. There's LUW in mcex04 queue, which could be checked by transaction LBWQ.
2. Collective run(report RMBWV304) is executed.
3. MCEX04 queue is cleared, but not delta record written into delta queue of 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL, which could be confirmed by transaction RSA7.
