• Getting the error while accessing Promotion Management form CMC - "Sorry, Promotion management application is unable to process your request. The error from the server is: Unable to retrieve the root LCM folder. Please check if you have sufficient rights to perform promotion management".
• Run the query in AdminTools (Query Builder): Select * from ci_infoobjects, ci_appobjects, ci_systemobjects where si_kind='Folder' AND (si_name='Promotion Jobs' or si_name='LCM').
• This query returns 2 objects in working environment; however in non-working environment it will return only 1 object or nothing.
• Link for the Promotion Jobs folder which is a dependant object for Promotion Management is missing from CMS database.
• The missing objects DFOs LINK are:

1. Promotion Jobs (corresponding SI_FILENAME - BusinessObjects_LCM_PromotionJobs_Folder_dfo.xml).
