2067652 - Error 7602 "There is no such audit option" after downgrade from ASE 15.7 SP130 to ASE 15.0.3 ESD#4.

Symptom

After downgrading ASE 15.7 SP130 back to ASE 15.0.3 ESD#4 and rerunning the installsecurity script,  getting a 7602 errors:

Error: 7602, Severity: 16, State: 1
There is no such audit option.  If you received this message while executing a Sybase-supplied auditing stored procedure, this is a system error, and you should contact a user with System Administrator (SA) role.
