2067696 - srvbuildres -r <filename> fails with error messages when the resource file was created with a Windows text editor. - ASE

Symptom

Creating a new SAP ASE server from a resource file on a Unix machine using either srvbuildres (or srvbuild) fails with error as below:

srvbuildres -r srvbuild_ase157.rs

The attribute 'product' must be set to 'sqlsrv', 'bsrv', 'xp' or 'js'.

The attribute 'new_config' must be set to 'yes' in order to build the server.

The attribute 'do_upgrade' must be set to 'no' in order to build the server.
