Resolution
You have the option to return a 360 form to a participant who inadvertently declined the form or moved the form to Completed status. To return the form to the participant, go to Admin Tools > Manage Documents > Restore Completed 360 and select your return options.
To use this feature you need to be granted Administrative Privileges:
- Managing Administrative Privilege > Managing Documents
- Enable the option "Restore Completed 360"
- Logout & Login to see the new permission.
Note:
- The tool is used to restore a completed 360 back to evaluation stage. If the process owner is not a participant, you cannot restore completed 360 for the user by choose Restore To "Process Owner".
- After a completed 360 is successfully restored to participants, the form will be in the participant's In Progress inbox.
- As shown in the above screenshot, next to the option "Participant", there is a note: Process owner will also receive the 360 to manage the process. This means, if a process owner is not a participant of the form, after restoring a completed 360 to a participant, the form will be in the participant's in progress inbox, and process owner's en route folder. If the process owner is at the same time a participant of the form, they will receive the restored 360 form in their In Progress inbox.
- Definition of process owner: The last person to modify the form before it's distributed to others for evaluation.
