2068056 - Categories - Category drop down menu - 360 Multi Rater

When adding 360 participants, I see a Category drop down menu next to each participant's name. What is this for?

The Category designation is used to organize participants into logical groupings of the participant's working relationship in respect to the 360 subject. The Detailed 360 Report provides rolled-up scores based on selected categories.

Typical categories include Peers, Direct Reports, Self, and Manager. When used, categories provide valuable insights that may be incorporated into formulation of a development strategy.
