• These buttons are available to anyone that has Drill Down rights in the Summary View Page allow that user to take out any high or low ratings, recalculate and see the overall rating without one that might be squewing the overall results. Once the user leaves the page and returns, the rating is reset to its true rating. Overall rating of record is not adjusted.

• Drill Down permissions are set at the template level from Admin Tools > select your 360 template > General Settings > Advanced Settings > Enable 360 Drilldown Permission for:
