2068204 - How to determine the current status of the 360 form - 360 Multi-Rater

Symptom

  • How to determine if the 360 form is already completed?

Environment

SAP Successfactors 360 Multi-Rater

Resolution

  • The 360 survey will appear in the Completed folder once all the participants completed the survey and will no longer be available in the En Route folder.
  • If the "360 Document Complete Notification" is enabled, an e-mail notification will be sent to a 360 owner, informing him/her that a 360 participant has completed the document.
  • Create a 360 ad hoc report if you want to pull the status of the 360 forms in your instance. The "Status" column in the report will display the current status of the 360 form. Please refer to this article for the list of available form statuses in the ad hoc report: 2708276 - Status Field in Ad Hoc Reports for Performance Management and 360 Multi-Rater.
  • The 360 Multirater adhoc report is designed to exclude the Deleted form in the report. It is expected behavior that deleted 360 Review form will not show in the report.
