2068288 - Long runtime of the SAP_ALERT_CALCULATION_ENGINE job in Solution Manager

When you confirm alerts in the Technical Monitoring Alert Inbox you notice the SAP_ALERT_CALCULATION_ENGINE job runs for a long time

You see errors in the  application log tx SLG1:

"Taskhandler is locked by user SOLMAN_BTC. Event Calculation Engine will not run due to taskhandler lock"

or

Another symptom would be you see an incorrect event rating. If an event became red once, it stays red even if all metrics below it are green again.
