2068495 - Manage Live Forms - What is the lifecycle of a 360 review? - 360 Multi Rater

Symptom

  • What is the lifecycle of a 360 review?

Environment

  • 360 Multi Rater

Resolution

  • The typical lifecycle of a 360 review contain two modes: (1) Approval Mode and (2) Evaluation Mode. In Approval Mode, approvers select evaluation participants and add/remove/assign evaluation content (i.e. competencies and objectives).  The person who sends the 360 from approval mode to evaluation stage becomes the "Process Owner".
  • Note: You cannot launch a 360 with a due date earlier than a start date.
  • Evaluation Mode is when the actual participant's evaluation is provided. Forms do not go out to participants until this stage.
  • Please also see the solution on the Post Review Phase: The Post Review Phase is a phase that can be used after the Evaluation Phase but before the Completion or Signature Phases that will let you make changes to ensure that you can get the complete feedback you want.
