For non-EC instance,

• You set your preference at the next employee import.
• BEFORE doing the import go to the Form Template Settings page and confirm the Do Not Remove Inactive Employee 360 Evaluation Documents check box is NOT selected.
• In the Import Employee Data page, select the Remove the Inactive Employee Documents in the 360 Evaluation Stage Check Box.

For EC enabled instance,

• Go to the Form Template Settings page and confirm the Do Not Remove Inactive Employee 360 Evaluation Documents check box is NOT selected.
• Enable Remove Inactive Employees’ 360 Evaluation Documents in the scheduled recurring daily HRIS sync job.

Notes for EC enabled instances:

• Basic import should not be used to change an employee status. A Basic import causes data between EC and the User to be inconsistent.
• If the status of the user in People Profile is the same as the value in EC before the HRIS sync job runs, the HRIS sync job will not sync the user status and will not remove documents for inactive users.
