2068911 - Making Multiple Remote Desktop Connections to Different Machines Only Consumes One User on ADS

Symptom

While performing a test, a single workstation is used to start several Remote Desktop sessions on multiple separated machines. Once connected via the Remote Desktop session, an Advantage enabled application is started in each session and connects to the Advantage Database Server (ADS). The expectation is that multiple users should be consumed on ADS, however only a single user is reported.
