2069051 - Your User Settings Do Not Allow You To Create Travel Requests,Book Trips, or Create Expense Reports/ Your expense arrangement might be invalid.

User is unable to create expense reports/trip due to the warning message that system is giving "Attention! Your user settings do not allow you to create travel requests, book trips, or create expense reports. In order to change this contact you system administrator. Your expense arrangement might be invalid.

1. Go to Travel & Expenses Work Center.

You see the message as  "Attention! Your user settings do not allow you to create travel requests, book trips, or create expense reports. In order to change this contact you system administrator. Your expense arrangement might be invalid.

If you see the employee master data replication for the employee it is successfully created and the work distribution is in the past period for instance 01.06.2014 indicating that the employee can't create any further expenses starting from 02.06.2014.

If the user is still an employee within your company and must create an expense, then re-replicate her/his with the new employment end date and if he/she is no active employee anymore the expense must be created within a date until 01.06.2014.
