2069150 - 360 copy recipient can not see 360 detailed report link- 360 Multi Rater

Enabled "Inherit Permissions through Send Copy" for "360 Detailed Report Permission" in "form template settings" tool for the 360 template, but when the user who has access to 360 detailed report link sent the copy to another user, the recipient can not see the 360 detailed report link.

If you configured "Detailed 360 Report Permission Control:" and selected "Use Form Xml", the access to the Detailed 360 Report would be granted based on the hard-coded roles.

For example, if you configured none permission for all roles and only enabled it for EM, then when Manager with access to detailed 360 report link send the copy to other users, say EH/EMM or other roles, though "Inherit Permissions through Send Copy" is enabled for "360 Detailed Report Permission", the copy recipient can not see the detailed 360 report link as in the xml their roles are not enabled to access the report.

If you want to keep using "Use Form Xml" for "Detailed 360 Report Permission Control:", please modify the template xml to enable those roles to have the access the detailed 360 report link.

Or, you can use Detailed 360 Report Permission Control: > Enable 360 Detailed Report Permission for: > select the roles you wish to grant permission.

Available roles are Process Owner, Manager, Employee, HR Rep, Approvers, Users with Detailed Reports Privilege, and Manager of Employee's Manager

Then with "Inherit Permissions through Send Copy" for "360 Detailed Report Permission" enabled, the users granted the access via the above setting can send the copy to other users, and the recipient can "inherit" the permission to see the 360 detailed report link.
