• How do I remove the ratings for a particular user from my employee's 360 report?

• When you open a completed form, there is a "For Calculation" checkbox on the right-hand side of each evaluator’s rating that will allow you to omit responses from the overall rating. If you uncheck the rating and click "recalculate", you should be able to remove particular evaluator's ratings from your report.
