2069325 - 5214 Error when Logging into AES Encrypted Database with FIPS Enabled - 6323 Error When FIPS Disabled

Symptom

  • With FIPS enabled the following error is returned
    • "Error 5214: Unable to find or load one of the OpenSSL libraries. Could not load library. C:\arc\libeay32.dll"
  • With FIPS enabled the following error is returned
    • "Error 6323: Unable to find or load one of the OpenSSL libraries. axServerConnect"
