SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2069460 - CrystalReportPrcoessingserver and DashboardProcessingServer do not start properly.

Symptom

  • When you start the SIA, all servers will start normally but Crystal ReportsProcessingServer and DashboardProcessingServer servers will not start, or Start and stay as disable, and you are not able to enable it.
  • Following error is seen event viewer.　  

                    'An error occurred while creating a sub process in the processing server (RCIRAS0602)'

  • Restarting the SIA several times will bring all servers up eventually.　
  • Traces of CrystalReportsProcessingServer and DashboardProcessingServer show following error messages   

               CreateProcess() failed for commandline["E:/SAPBusinessObjects/SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0/win64_x64/sapjvm/bin/..\bin\java";
