2069529 - Telephony: when copying and pasting a phone number into the dial-pad, the number 8 is added in the field

Symptom

  • Agents use MS Excel or any other source lists as kind of phone directory.
  • When the Agents copy/paste a number into dialpad, the number "8" is appended to the end of the pasted number.
  • When pasting the same into notepad, its all fine.
