2070029 - Secondary Unique Indices created by SAP LT Replication Server in target HANA database

Symptom

A table that is to be replicated using the SAP LT Replication Server, has Secondary Unique Indices defined in the ABAP dictionary of the source system. During initial load - by default - these additional constraints are also created on the target HANA database. The Secondary Unique Indices cause a higher memory footprint of the affected table. In addition, among other issues, they might be responsible for "duplicate key" errors during initial load (as described in SAP Note 1905253).
