2070143 - Configuration - Custom Filter Field Not Showing as a Drop Down - Calibration

Custom field doesn't show up as a drop down when you use it as a custom filter in calibration. Instead a key word search functionality appears.

The custom field has a large number of unique values, making a drop down impractical. Also displaying as a drop down will slow performance so this is by design. Instead for optimal performance a key word search functionality will be displayed.

• If you want to change it to display as a drop down box, then we can make a configuration change, however this may impact performance and page loading.
• The custom field will need to be configured as a "Calibration" specific filter and also set the field as a default filter. Please refer to KBA 2070161 - Configuring Display Options and Filter fields - Calibration.
