SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

In Manage Calibration Templates, the following settings will be available in Advanced Tab:

• Automatically route forms on session finalization.
• Enable force route button in validation step.
• Enable rank column in bin view - allow manager to stack rank (within the bin).
• Enable dashboard.
• Enable comment.
• Quick card display on hover in list view.
• Include inactive users.
• Enable analyzer.
• Enable auto route option.
• Manager notification with rating changes on session finalization.
• Route forms.

Restrict Moderation Role Access by Target Population

Roles are by Facilitator, Co-facilitator, Owner, Participant, Executive Reviewer.

Comment on Change of Ratings

Select the options you want to enforce users to enter data into for comments when ratings change

• Synchronous processing subject count: Set value 
  
  • The maximum number of viewable subjects without filtering: Set value.
