2070157 - 9.0 and Newer Setup Causes Error on an NT Server - Advantage Database Server

Symptom

The ADS 9.0 setup installs a version of ImageHlp.dll that causes an error similar to "A required .dll file C:\Windows\System\Imagehlp.dll was not found," when installed on an NT server.
