2070168 - User Count Increasing With New Connections - Advantage Database Server

Symptom

  • A single client (IP address) is consuming multiple user licenses.
  • New connections consume additional user licenses.
  • The connection property ADS_INC_USERCOUNT option is set to "False", however the connection option ADS_STORED_PROC_CONN option is set to "True." This option is referred to as StoredProcedureConnection in Delphi and .NET.
