2070183 - .Net Trigger or AEP Targeting x64 Build Error "not a Valid Assembly" - Advantage Database Server

Symptom

When building a .Net AEP or Trigger assembly that targets the x64 platform as opposed to the "Any CPU" platform generates the following warnings and errors:

Warning 1 Assembly generation -- Referenced assembly
'mscorlib.dll' targets a different processor AEPDemoCS
Warning 2 Assembly generation -- Referenced assembly
'System.Data.dll' targets a different processor AEPDemoCS
Error 3 File "C:\Users\cary\Documents\Visual Studio
2010\Projects\AEPDemoCS\AEPDemoCS\bin\Debug\AEPDemoCS.dll" is not a
valid assembly. AEPDemoCS
