2070406 - Realigning columns does not work in Web mode while using Google Chrome

Symptom

  • Unable to drag and drop columns to change the order of columns present in a block from Web mode while using Google Chrome Version 35.0.1916.153m.
  • It works fine from Rich Internet Application mode and Rich Client.
  • Issue is reproducible from Web mode using Structure mode as well.
  • It works fine with Internet Explorer and Firefox.
