• Unable to open a Calibration session
• Unable to open a specific tab within the calibration session.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Log into the instance;
2. Go to the Calibration module tab;
3. Open a Calibration session from the list;
4. See the error message

Usually the cause is a user data issue.

1. Go to Admin Center;
2. Select Calibration -> Manage Calibration Template;
3. Select the desired Calibration template;
4. Click on the Views tab;
5. Select List Views;
6. Unselect all user fields to display in order isolate the data field that’s causing the problem.
