The option "Limit Employee to be included in only one calibration session at a time" once enabled will only allow an employee to be calibrated once for a given data source for the same date range.

When you create a new session wherein subjects are already included in another session, in the Validation screen the system will list the users that are "In other sessions" and "In other non-activated sessions". Clicking the Details will show the Calibration sessions the subject is included.

When you click on Activate, the subjects that are part of an In Progress, Approved, or Finalized sessions will be removed.

Please Note: This setting applies to sessions that are In Progress, Approved, and Finalized status.

So if you are not able to add a subject in multiple sessions please check the setting "Limit Employee to be included in only one calibration session at a time". Go to Admin Center > Calibration > Manage Calibration Settings > Global Settings.

• When checked, it will restrict people to only one session.
• When unchecked, it enables people to be a subject in multiple sessions.
