Symptom

  • Run  Russian-specific report (for example HRULFXML, RPCPAYRU_SZVR, HRULRSV1, HRULRSV1_CE) to form XML or display PDF and see incorrect or non-authorized character (example: Î4 instead of O4, Â3.2 instead of B3.2, etc.)

  • Logon in the system  in «RU» (Russian) language, XML file perform with tags in English language

  • Logon in the system in «EN» (English) language, XML file perform with tags in Russian language
