2070645 - Opening Table in a Backup Database gives 7074 Error, "The table ID stored in the ADT table does not match the ID stored in the Advantage Data Dictionary"

• After backing up a data dictionary using adsbackup.exe, sp_BackupDatabase, or the Backup Wizard in Advantage Data Architect (ARC), trying to open a table in the backed-up dictionary gives the error:
  BrowseTable: Error 7074: The table ID stored in the ADT table does not match the ID stored in the Advantage Data Dictionary file.
