2070695 - Maximum Number of Subjects Allowed in a Calibration Session - Calibration

Symptom

Is there a limit (or recommendation) on the number of subjects allowed in a Calibration session? 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

Resolution

  • A single calibration session cannot contain more than 2000 subjects, including the active and inactive users in manager's hierarchy.
  • No more than 500-1000 is recommended as the upper threshold of the limits for ideal performance and usability.
  • Generally speaking, it is recommended to create small sessions and rolling them up instead of creating a massive session.
