2070708 - Printing - Print 9-box view in color - Calibration

When printing the 9-box in the calibration session it is not printing the colors in the 9-box. The background colors are defined, but when printed the colors are showing up as white.

Turn on the Print background colors and images option in your browser.

In order to do this you can follow the steps below:

For Internet Explorer 7 or earlier

1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.
2. In the Settings box, under Printing, click to select the Print background colors and images check box, and then click OK.

For Internet Explorer 8 or later

1. Click File from the menu and click Page Setup
2. On the Page Setup dialog box ensure that the Print background colors and images setting is checked.
3. Click OK to close the Page Setup window and print your page again

For Firefox

1. Click File from the menu and click Page Setup
2. Under the Options  dialog box ensure that the Print background (colors and images) setting is checked.
3. Click OK to close the Page Setup window and print your page again
