How to manage the participants in a live calibration session?

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

To modify the subject or participant list of an active calibration session, the first step is to deactivate first.

NOTE: Manager Session cannot be deactivated. Manager Session is when creator, facilitator, owner and participant is the same user.

To deactivate a calibration session:

1. Go to Admin Center;
2. Calibration;
3. Select the session to deactivate;
4. Click on the Deactivate button
   
   
   

• Once the session is deactivated, the session cannot be accessed by the Calibration module tab by the facilitator or participants. 
• To add/delete participants or subject, reopen the deactivated session then click on the People Tab to make the modification.  Once the modification is completed, to reactivate the session, click on Validation.
