How to manage the participants in a live calibration session?

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

To modify the subject or participant list of an active calibration session, the first step is to deactivate first.

NOTE: Manager Session cannot be deactivated. Manager Session is when creator, facilitator, owner and participant is the same user.

To deactivate a calibration session:

1. Go to Admin Center;
2. Calibration;
3. Select the session to deactivate;
4. Click on the Deactivate button
   
   
   

• Once the session is deactivated, the session cannot be accessed by the Calibration module tab by the facilitator or participants. 
• To add/delete participants or subject, reopen the deactivated session then click on the People Tab to make the modification.  Once the modification is completed, to reactivate the session, click on Validation.

NOTE:

Q: Is there way to remove subjects in bulk through import from a calibration session?

A: It is not possible to remove (delete) subjects in bulk from a calibration session through import.

    The system does not support mass removal of subjects from an existing calibration session via import or data load.
