What do you need to have setup in Calibration in order to "drag and drop" employees to change their ratings?

• If a form has calculated ratings, there is no ability to drag and drop.  If the form has manual ratings, you do have the ability to drag and drop, but this option is something you can choose to turn on or off in the Calibration Template.
• Under Admin Center > Calibration > Manage Calibration Templates, select the template you want to modify and click on the Views tab. In Options, select the checkbox for "Enable Drag and Drop".
• Note that the Add # /  Remove # fields that you see in a session for a group of employees are because the Calibration Template has guidelines set up for the rating scale. This is not related to the actual ability to drag/drop - it is simply telling you what you need to do with regards to particular employees.
• Employee Profile Decimal Ratings: If your rating sources are from Profile, then you will not be able to drag and drop if its configured for decimal ratings. You can only drag and drop if there are full round numbers.
