Some admin users are unable to open worksets directly in the PCD but the properties, permissions and delta link tracer are correctly loaded (similar to screenshot below).
You find that this is happening only some admin users, in one environment (they can open the same content in different environments), all admins have same permissions including those that do not experience an issue, and it happens on any client machines they log into.
