2071996 - Manage Goal Data - % Achieved Not Recalculating When Edited - Goal Management

• Goal and achievement % is working correctly and shows the correct calculation at first, but if we come back at a later time to edit the Actual, the % Achievement calculation is not recalculating. (Some clients may be renaming % Achieved and calling it Payout or something else)

• Working as designed - Currently there is no support to edit the achievements after it has already been entered and calculated.

• You will need to instruct users to delete the current record and then enter a new record that shows the targets, and actuals so that the system can recalculate the % Achieved.

• Workaround: The following workaround may work. After changing the “Actual” field; click on the screen or press “Enter” and then click on “Save” so that the “Achievement” field gets updated.

• Some clients have found this workaround to works and eliminates the need to delete and re-enter the record, however if it does not work then you will need to re-enter it, which is the correct approach.
