• How do we change the Goal link to open in edit mode?

Goal details:

Admins now have the option to specify whether the goal name link opens the Goal Details page (default setting) or the Edit Goal page. Previously this change needed to be done by SuccessFactors. You might want to use this option to change the link to make it more intuitive to your employees.

To make the link go to the Edit Goals page, go to Admin Tools > Manage Goals > Manage Goal Plans. Select the appropriate Goal Plan, and in the Settings section, select the Goal name field link opens edit window checkbox. Click Save and now the goal name link will always open the Edit Goals page.
