Goal data was edited on the Goal Plan but it is not being updated in the Performance form.

• Enable the Goal Management-Performance Management Sync has not been enabled in the instance
• The Performance form option for autosync is not enabled (AutoSync = False).

• Ensure Enable the Goal Management-Performance Management Sync is enabled under Admin Center > Performance Management Feature Settings
