2072191 - The Pricing Facet is Missing in the Sales Quote

Symptom

The Pricing facet (tab) is missing in the sales quote.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
  3. Open any sales quote.

The Pricing tab is missing.

Cause

If you open a sales quote which uses external pricing, then there is no Pricing tab available.

The Pricing facet will only be visible for quotes of internal document types and if a Product item (not text item!) has been maintained (and saved) in the system.

Resolution

The Pricing facet is only available for internal order types which contain a product.

Please note that the quote has to have Currency, Sales Org/ Unit, Owner, etc. maintained.
