Resolution
I. The Goal Plan Is Not Active
- Go to Admin Center > Manage Templates
- Uncheck the box for Show Active Templates Only
- Locate the goal plan and check the box under the Active column
- Goal plan will show within 24 hours
II. The Goal Plan Name Has Not Been Updated For Your Language/Locale
- Login to the instance
- Go to Admin Center > Manage Templates
- Select the Goal Plan tab
- Select the affected goal plan
- Select General Settings
- In the Change Language field, select the language that matches your default locale i.e. English US
- Update the goal plan name to the desired name
- Save
- Goal plan will show within 24 hours
III. It has not been 24 hours since the goal plan was added
It is necessary to wait at least 24 hours when adding new content and permission changes. By default, the system refreshes the permission cache every 24 hours. It's expected that new templates will not show immediately for selection in the system. If you don't want to wait 24 hours, you can request to trigger a Manual Refresh:
Please note before proceeding:
- As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage your Certified Partner to implement the fix
- Manually refreshing role-based permissions can have performance impacts. It is not recommended that you refresh multiple times a day.
Steps:
- In Provisioning, go to Company Settings
- Search for Refresh RBP Permission Configuration and select the Refresh button
