2072209 - Determination of Delivery Address in Shopping Carts

This material explains how the Delivery Address is copied to the Shopping Cart when using the option "Shopping Cart (Advanced)".

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Home work center.
2. Go to Self-Services view and Self-Services Overview sub-view. 
3. Select Go Shopping (Advanced) option.
4. Fill the fields "Recipient" and "Ship-to/Service Location".

OR

1. Go to Project Management work center.
2. Go to Common Tasks view and Go Shopping sub-view. 
3. Fill the fields "Recipient" and "Ship-to/Service Location".

OR

1. Go to Project Team work center.
2. Go to Common Tasks view and Go Shopping sub-view. 
3. Fill the fields "Recipient" and "Ship-to/Service Location".

The Delivery Address is determined automatically. 

When the user provides a value against Recipient, the Delivery Address is copied onto the Shopping Cart from the Workplace Contact Data of the employee Master Data.

When the user provides a value against Ship-to/Service Location, the Delivery Address is copied onto the Shopping Cart from the Site Address of the supply chain design location Master Data.

Note 1: when both the fields are fulfilled, then the Delivery Address is selected from Ship-to/Service Location. 

Note 2: when the user creates the Shopping Cart via option "Go Shopping", by default the creator (user) will be the Recipient.
