2072462 - How to retrieve missing logs - Missing Firefighter Logs

Symptom

There is a special program that is intended to perform the following operations for a timestamp range and connector.

Program: GRAC_EAM_LOG_SYNC_TIMEBASED.

1) Retrieve the missing EAM logs

2) Trigger the EAM Log approval workflows / Emails

3) Retrigger the EAM Log approval workflows if previous workflow is in erroneous or cancelled status

Environment

Missing Firefighter Session/Action/Change Logs in EAM/SPM reporting.
