• When trying to upload the YouCalc dashboards from SuccessStore you receive the following error when uploading the  dashboard : An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support if the issue keeps occurring.

• Goal Management

• Your instance is not configured to use the youcalc report widget.
• It is missing required fields. We have seen this reported when your configuration is missing
• field-definition id="state "state" field (goal#OBJECTIVE#OBJECTIVE_STATE)
  
  • or field-definition id="name" ..........
  • or field-definition id="due" ..........
• Please open case with Customer Support to determine if a configuration change will be needed.

• This will occur when you go to Admin tool> Reporting > Manage YouCalc Dashboards > Add From Success store > Objective Dashboard > as soon you click on the add to the instance you get the erro "please try again later".
