2072693 - Target Population for Group Goals (RBP) - Goal Management

Symptom

  • Making a Group Goal Creation, Modification, and/or Deletion in SuccessFactors respect the Target Populations of Role Based Permissions (RBP).
  • This will allow all corresponding switches on the backend to correctly sync together and properly group all Group Goals collectively.

Environment

  • SAP Successfactors HCM Suite
  • Goal Management

Resolution

Engage Professional Services or a partner to have the proper switches enabled on the backend corresponding to this feature.

Once enabled, the Admin will need to grant the following permissions to the proper groups and restrict the Target Populations that correspond to each process:

  • Goals > Add Group Goal Assignment
  • Goals > New Add Group Goal Creation
  • Goals > Target Population
