How to hide or remove the "Add Personal Goal" button on a Goal Plan?
SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management
It is possible to hide the "Create Personal Goal Button" from the "Add Goal" pop-up window in Goals Management. Removing the ability to create a new Personal Goal for a goal plan template for all users, will allow users to create goals only from choices within the Goal Library.
As this is configuration that is set in the XML, please contact your Implementation Partner. If you don't have a Partner, you can find for SAP Certified Partners via the SAP Partner Finder or, alternatively, speak with your Account Executive or Customer Engagement Executive about Professional Services options. On this specific scenario, you can also contact SAP Cloud Support via case requesting to add or remove the button. For more information on Software Change Requests, please kindly refer to KB Article 2250190 - SCR Form: XML Software Change Request for Goal Plans.
- Additionally, you can vote and comment in the Customer Influence ideas that were addressed on this topic, asking our Product Management Team to offer these configurations in a future release as self-service in the Admin Center, as opposed to XML manipulation. Your votes help us to prioritize ideas that we will consider for upcoming product releases. For Goal Management please refer to the Improvement Request 211002.
