Upgrading either the BPC NW 7.5 client or other components on client machines (BI tools, Internet Explorer browser)
The URL generated when clicking on the "Interface for the Web" link of the Administrator console is malformed and exceeds the 2083 character limit of Internet Explorer.
This results in the URL being truncated and the web page does not launch.
