2072887 - Optimized SQL is incorrect after upgrading job from 3.2 to 4.2 - Data Services 4.2

• Upgraded from 3.2 to 4.2
• Optimized SQL differs between 3.2 and 4.2
• Inner join shown in optimized SQL for 4.2 job does not actually execute on the database at runtime resulting in the job never completing
• Optimized SQl results in full table scans on the source tables
• In 4.2 SQL the optimized SQL is only shown for the target datastore whereas on 3.2 there is different optimized SQL for both the source and target datastores.
• The optimized SQL for 4.2 differs from what is actually run on the database at runtime.
