2072927 - After upgrade to SMP 2.2.6 or 2.3.4 Outbound Enablers using HTTPS connections fails to connect to the Relay Server

Symptom

After enabling HTTPS communication with the Relay Server, the RSOEs are not able to set up the connection with the Relay Server and the log file shows the below error message:

E. <OEHost> OEE1028: The Outbound Enabler was unable to write an HTTP body to the Relay Server because of [MLC24: Server certificate not trusted. The system-specific error code is 336134278 (hex 14090086).]
