  • The AP sync process has been running for over an hour. Is the process supposed to take this long?

Resolution

It is possible that process may take over an hour, or even 2-3 hours to run. There are many factors that determine the length of time that the AP Sync will run. Some of these factors include:

  1. What other process are running on the system at the same time, the amount of AP's being actively used.
  2. The amount and kind of attributes that those AP's have.
  3. The amount of changes the general user populace has incurred between successful runs of the AP sync.
